Meet the Team

After training in critical care at Mississippi Baptist Hospital in 2001, Brooke joined the intensive care unit at Providence of St. Joseph Hospital in Los Angeles. Over the next few years, Brooke accepted the challenge of working in intensive care units and emergency rooms throughout Southern California, and these high-pressure situations helped her develop a steady composure and a warm personal rapport. Her skills attracted the interest of celebrity surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher, who recruited Brooke to become his operating room nurse in 2004.

Three years later, Brooke expanded her career as an aesthetic injection specialist for Dr. Fisher and another famed surgeon, Dr. Gary Motykie. Brooke took her advanced technique to the Lone Star State in 2012, making a new home in Austin, Texas with her handsome husband, Jason, and their two wonderful kids, Miller and Knox. Saving Face has been a dream come true for Brooke. Partnering with Board Certified Plastic surgeon, Dr. Rocco Piazza, paved the way for this boutique injectable lounge to open. It is not about the numbers for Brooke; it is about the artistry involved and building personal relationships based on connection, comfort, and trust that only enhance once the results set in.

Victoria's enthusiasm for her work is contagious, and she is thrilled to be part of a team of amazing women, including her colleague Brooke, who are dedicated to fostering an environment of connection, trust, expertise, and outstanding service. She genuinely loves what she does and is committed to providing her clients with the best overall aesthetic experience imaginable.

While Victoria's professional journey may have started with a degree in Journalism from UF, she took a different path that eventually led her to the field of nursing. She earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her master's in nursing at UT-Austin, graduating Summa Cum Laude from both institutions. Alongside her medical training, Victoria has also studied and practiced various healing arts since 1995, recognizing the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit.

Caroline has extensive experience treating and diagnosing dermatological conditions, surgical dermatology, as well as aesthetic medicine. With her deep understanding of the skin and its complexities, she offers comprehensive care to her patients, combining medical expertise with a compassionate approach. Caroline strives to achieve natural looking results that harmonize with her patients' natural beauty. She recognizes that subtle enhancements can have a transformative effect, boosting self-confidence and allowing individuals to feel their best. With an unwavering passion for skincare and a commitment to patient well-being, Caroline has earned a stellar reputation for her expertise and exceptional care.

Jason's journey isn't just about climbing the corporate ladder—it's a story of resilience and reinvention. After a life-changing loss in 2017, he dove headfirst into the world of wellness, exploring everything from functional health, natural path, Ayurveda, to Epigenetics. Mold toxicity might have thrown him a curveball, but Jason turned adversity into advocacy, using his own healing journey to help others find their path to wellness.

Drawn to further serve her patients she went on to pursue her master’s degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Laura’s own story with autoimmunity and chronic health conditions ultimately fueled her passion and led her to join the world of wellness. Through her own personal experiences and professional and educational journey she knew she wanted to go beyond the conventional band-aid approach of modern medicine and incorporate functional medicine into her practice. She has completed rigorous courses at The Institute of Functional Medicine in order to provide the most up to date and research backed care to her patients. Whether it be hormonal imbalance, gut dysbiosis, or nutrient deficiencies, Laura is passionate about getting to the root cause of your illness and partnering with you to craft an individualized plan to help you heal. 

Monique kick-started her journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Louisiana State University, setting the stage for her future success. She then completed a prestigious Dietetic Internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, solidifying her expertise in the field. Armed with her qualifications, Monique embarked on a fulfilling career as a clinical Dietitian, specializing in Cardiology at Baylor Medical Center, where she made a significant impact for a remarkable decade.

Throughout her career, Monique's passion for promoting health extended beyond the clinical setting. She spread her knowledge in various domains, including long-term care, corporate wellness, and private practice, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to reaching people from all walks of life.

But Monique's vibrant personality isn't confined to her professional life alone. When she's not empowering others to make healthier choices, you'll likely find her embracing an active lifestyle. Running, hiking, and practicing yoga are her favorite ways to keep her mind and body in top shape. She also loves traveling with her beloved family and friends, making lasting memories and exploring new cultures together.

Beyond Abby’s professional accolades, she is a true Austinite at heart, Abby's roots run deep in the local music scene, and she's the proud matriarch of a lively household that includes an amazing little boy, an incredible husband, and two spirited dogs. The Hands are adventurers at heart, dividing their time between the bustling city of Austin and the tranquil serenity of their ranch in the Texas Hill Country. It's here that they practice self-sufficiency and dedicate themselves to restoring the land's delicate ecosystems. Abby's philosophy is clear: personal health is intertwined with environmental stewardship. Her happiest moments? Exploring the wilderness, identifying plants with her son by her side, embodying the spirit of discovery and connection.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Natalie finds solace and joy in the embrace of nature. Whether it's exploring scenic trails or simply relishing in the beauty of a vibrant sunset, she appreciates the wonders of the natural world. And don't get us started on her cooking! Natalie's culinary creations are a true testament to her love and care. From hearty meals to delectable treats, she knows just how to show affection through food.

But what truly sets Natalie apart is her exceptional talent for cultivating genuine connections with our clients. To her, everyone who walks through our doors becomes an honorary member of the Saving Face family. With her warm smile and welcoming demeanor, Natalie effortlessly puts people at ease. If you happen to spot her bustling around the office, don't hesitate to say hello! She's always up for a friendly chat or a good laugh. 

When she's not busy keeping our office in tip-top shape, Paula enjoys spending quality time with her son, Jeremiah. Family is incredibly important to her, which is why she chose to reside in Bastrop, where she can stay close to her loved ones. Her devotion to her family extends beyond her immediate relatives; it also includes the strong bond she shares with her native Colombia.

Speaking of Colombia, Paula has a passion for travel and makes it a point to visit her homeland whenever she can. Exploring new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures is a source of inspiration and joy for her. Whether it's savoring the local cuisine, dancing to lively rhythms, or simply taking in the breathtaking scenery, Paula embraces every opportunity to create lasting memories during her adventures.

When she's not busy delighting clients at Saving Face, Addie can be found adding the perfect touch to her new home decor. She has an eye for design and loves transforming spaces into cozy havens. You might also spot her at the local park, accompanied by her adorable canine companion, Doja. Addie cherishes those peaceful moments in nature, surrounded by fresh air and the playful energy of her four-legged friend.

When Mary isn't busy delighting customers, you can find her indulging in her passions. A true wanderlust at heart, she loves jetting off to exciting destinations, soaking in new cultures, and creating memories that last a lifetime. Catch her during her downtime, and you might find her tapping her feet to the rhythm of live music or enjoying the company of her adoring husband, lovable dog, and two charismatic cats.
